The Second Chance Centre in New Mexico, which fraudulently claims to get criminals off drugs and alcohol, has asked the state government for $3,000,000 to fund its programme.
However, what a lot of people don’t realize is that Second Chance uses CRIMINON and NARCONON manuals and protocols and is a branch of the Church of Scientology.
