I really like this video! I've tried learning it with another tutorial and couldn't do it but I could after watching this video 2 or 3 times and of course, some practice!

- Usually that means...
that you are flicking your thumb downwards when you spin the pen (it's a reflex reaction... it takes a while to get used to keeping it still). Also, make sure that the weight of the pen is balanced right. Balance the pen on one of your fingers to find the centre of balance, and make sure that point is underneath your middle finger when you spin.

i do it differently than you do, i hold it like when holding a pen or pencil, and i have my index and middle finger infront of my thumb, and use my middle to push the pencil/pen to make a full 360º on my thumb, unlike yours, my way balances the pen/pencil on my thumb, not around my thumb .. and if i'm lucky and push hard enough, i'll be able to do a 720º lol, i have other pen/pencil tricks and yes, on your part, heavier pens or pencils are way easier lol

impress people, but if it doesn't then learn it with a couple of other tricks (like the extension trick at the end) so you can link them together smoothly, and that will DEFINITELY impress people

Well, the second move should be a lot quicker and easier to learn than the first move. Once you have got the hang of the techniques and ideas used, you really just have to apply them to spinning the pen the other way. There's not much more advice I can give for the second trick apart from the points to remember about this one.

I know I'm not great at pen spinning but this trick will impress 95% of the general public so I thought it's worth sharing. You can teach people to juggle 3 balls without being able to juggle 10 fire torches yourself ;)
