300 reps plus 90 seconds hollow hold and 3 planches

30 pushups elbows in
30 pushups elbows out
25 pushups hands by hips
15 scoop (dive bomber) pushups
10 fully extended pushups
20 hop switch pushups
5 hop fly pushups
10 deep press planche pushups (5 w/shoes)
50 lemon-squeezer/V-ups (cut some for video length)
10 planche pushups
10 burpee back tucks (i lost count)
90 second hollow hold (30 sec scissors in middle)
20 heel drivers
10 candlestick presses, 10 pike push candlesticks, 5 candlestick presses
3 planches (cut some for video length)
20 oblique bridges left and right

    if i had that strength i'd be doing airchairs all day. Dont say its mostly balance because to do one for a long period of time you need strength too

    i do slow pushups in some of my workouts, and fast pushups in others. fast pushups are important for improving power, while slow pushups are for improving strength. in this video I do six different kinds of standard pushups, planche progressions, planches and planche pushups with considerable core exercises as well. you should watch the whole thing before you comment.

    useless, momentum takes away from the exercise. any1 could do this. should be 4 seconds per push up, not half a seconds per push up. 2 seconds down, 2 seconds up. pussy

    the only reason he couldnt do the moves slow because youtube only allows videos to be 10min long. If you would have took the time to read the video info you would have noticed that he said he had to cut some out for the video because it would have been over 10min
