Not exactly Spiderman, but just "Spider," Örümcek is a super-anti-hero that looks like a badly dressed highway cop on amphetamines. Nothing else is known about this film, except that Örümcek enjoys killing random dudes, and jumping around like a rabbit.
Everybody knows Turkish Star Wars (Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam,) but most people ignore the real gems of Turkish B-cinema like these; grindhouse flicks full of jumping masked heroes, dastardly villains and scantily clad hot chicks.
